Last night, the first ever online Great British Cookbook went on sale.

The project celebrates Britain’s diverse culture, uncovering extraordinary dishes across our great nation. Find our Executive Chef, Paul Fletcher, and one of his delicious recipes nestled within its covers.

But here’s the best bit: 100% of the proceeds go to charities Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospitality Action.

We’re over the moon – last night we won the ‘best standalone restaurant’ in the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards!

Of course we couldn’t have done it without Black Sheep, our design agency who did an incredible job decking out our restaurant.
