FIONA - FOUNDER

Whyte & Brown was Fiona’s idea – dreamed up whilst sitting in her kitchen with a large glass of white, contemplating life and enjoying the reassuring aromas of a roasting chicken in the oven. That initial seed of an idea has now grown into reality, but Fiona’s stamp remains strong throughout – in every dish, every cushion and every piece of crockery. To Fiona, eating at Whyte & Brown is an extension to being a guest at her own kitchen table.

DANNY – GENERAL MANAGER

Danny is a whirlwind, a ball of energy, and a force of nature. To say she is quite passionate about customer service is like saying the contents of a volcano are a tad on the warm side. She regards it as her job to make sure everyone has a brilliant time whenever they visit. And if you don’t come back, she’ll find you….!

PAUL – HEAD CHEF

Paul is our foodie. The man at the market at some unearthly hour - always busy, always planning the next great idea, and always on the phone to suppliers sourcing wonderful new creations. A pinch of this, a squeeze of that, and hey presto! This is his passion (plus football of course!).

THE OTHER FOUNDERS

Along with Fiona, our other Founders have been massively involved in bringing Whyte & Brown to life. Kevin is our chairman. He is the ring-master, the grey hair, and the guiding light. Mark is our Rodin-style thinker and Mr Attention to Detail (little gets past his eagle eye). And without Justin, nothing really happens – he sorts out the systems, the money, the contracts and the spreadsheets!
