KIDS IN SPORT ‘Helping children without the means to take part in sport’
We are proud to have Kids in Sport as our Special Charity. Over the coming months we will be developing fun and interesting ways to raise money and awareness. We hope you will support us in supporting them.
Kids in Sport is an amazing charity that helps children, both able-bodied and those with disabilities, to participate in sport – an opportunity they would otherwise not have.
The trust was developed in memory of Julian Budd, who sadly died in 2007 at the age of 33. Julian was a keen sportsman and raised money for charity to support children. The aim of Kids in Sport is to continue that work, so that his memory will live on.
To find out more about the fantastic work of the charity, led by a board of Trustees (made up of Julian’s and his father Roger’s friends), visit their website: www.kidsinsport.com.
We look forward to sharing with you fundraising activities, events and news from Kids in Sport.
