Back to Blog

Sweet potato has been infiltrating the fry scene for a few years now and it’s not hard to see why – not only are they exceptionally tasty they are also surprisingly good for you.

They’re high in fibre. Fibre is what keeps your gut moving, so this can only be a good thing!

They’re a very easy and delicious way to pick up some extra vitamins. Sweet potatoes have plenty of Vitamins C, D and B6. Vitamin D in particular helps with boosting mood and energy levels – basically, eating sweet potato fries will make you happy. Bonus.

Sweet potatoes are a good source of iron, potassium and magnesium. These minerals all play a big part in your overall mental and physical health. Iron is essential for cell production and boosting your immune system, potassium aids kidney function and regulates your heart beat while magnesium helps to keep your blood itself, bones, muscles AND nerves in good condition.

Our Sweet Potato Fries are served with Chorizo (or without for vegetarians), Feta and Parsley, come in and give them a try! We don’t think you’ll regret welcoming Sweet Potato Fries into your heart (or your stomach!).
